10 Handstand Push ups

Every 2:30 min for 3 sets:
20 DB Weighted Glute Bridges 60/40
40 Straight Arm Pulldowns w/ Band

*For Glute Bridges: 5 sec pause at top on reps 5, 10, 15, and 20

Intermediate

10 Rounds for Time:
3 Jumping Bar Muscle ups or 6 Chest 2 Bar Pull ups
8 Single Leg V-ups
6 Handstand Push ups

Every 2:30 min for 3 sets:
20 DB Weighted Glute Bridges 50/35
40 Straight Arm Pulldowns w/ Band
*For Glute Bridges: 5 sec pause at top on reps 5, 10, 15, and 20

Fitness

10 Rounds for Time:
6 Modified Pull ups or Ring Rows
8 Jack Knives
10 Seated DB Shoulder Press (from ground)

Every 2:30 min for 3 sets:
20 DB Weighted Glute Bridges 40/25
30 Straight Arm Pulldowns w/ Band

*For Glute Bridges: 5 sec pause at top on reps 5, 10, 15, and 20

Resolution Burn

EMOM for 8min, alt between:
40sec Banded Glute Bridges
40sec Slow Hip Extensions
