Team WOD Saturday’s: teams of 2-3 individuals.

Partner A runs 400meters while partner B/C does as many reps as possible of the each movement. Once partner A returns, then the partners switch. Partner B runs 400meters. Each partner will do four 400meter runs and each movement once. Score total reps between all movements.

Movements:
Thrusters (45/33 lb)
KB Swings (24/16 kg)
Wall Ball (20/14 lb)
Box Jumps (24″/20″)
