Forty rounds for time: 
1 Rope Climb 
3 Power Cleans, 225/155# 
5 Handstand Push-ups  

This workout can be done as an individual! Individuals will do 20 rounds.  *Only one partner working at a time. Part A completes a round, then Part B completes a round. 

Intermediate

Forty rounds for time: 
5 Strict Pull-Ups
3 Power Cleans, 165/115# 
5 Abmat Handstand Push-ups  

This workout can be done as an individual! Individuals will do 20 rounds.  *Only one partner working at a time. Part A completes a round, then Part B completes a round.

Fitness

Forty rounds for time: 
5 Strict Banded Pull-Ups
5 Power Cleans, 95/65# 
5 Box HSPU or 5 Pike Push Ups
