AMRAP in 8 min:
Assault bike cals

Rest 2 min

Eight rounds for time:
50′ walking lunge, 50/35#
15 handstand push-ups
Then,
200 meter partner run

*each partner completes a round of the lunges and HSPU, then completes a partner run to complete one round.
**only one dumbbell for the lunges and can be help any way
