Recess is in session!

We received a lot of positive feedback regarding a kids program over the next 2 weeks or more, but the times people are looking for vary greatly. In lieu of a physical kids class at Resolution CrossFit, we will be posting daily WODs along with our programming so you can participate at home with your kids in their workout. These “”wods”” will not require equipment and will be a fun thing to do to keep the kiddos active during the day! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

For the run the distance does not have to be exact. They idea of the older kids running further and the younger kids less is all that matters. If you have kids that are not at running age then get your stroller ready and strap them in and out.

The biggest thing with these workouts is to get your kids exercising and having fun. The ages or levels for the workouts are just a guideline. Let the kids dictate the intensity, especially if they are new to exercise. Rounds and reps should be modified to their fitness leve/experience.
