EMOM for 16min, alt between:

1min Plank Rotations
1min Sumo Pulse Squats
1min Flutter Kicks

then,

AMRAP in 15min of:
Buy-In 1mile Run or 10min run

then, in remaining time complete AMRAP of:
10 Push Ups with Shoulder Taps
20 Air Squats
30 Double Unders or Jumping Jacks
