During your free intro, we want to understand what you’re looking for out of a fitness program, what type of community you’re looking for, and what you expect from us.
In order to measure success, we both need to know what your goals are! We’ll establish measurable goals to ensure we are moving you in the right direction.
To make sure we don’t repeat past mistakes, we want to understand what has worked for you, and more importantly, what hasn’t. During this intro session we will establish any pain points you may have experienced.
Nutrition is the foundation to fitness. We want to understand where you are mentally —and emotionally — when it comes to nutrition. This way we establish a baseline understanding of your current nutrition habits.
We’ll check the basic movements: squatting, hinging (bending over), upper body pulling, and upper body pressing. During this test we will evaluate and correct movements to establish a safe working environment.
We’ll use all the information we have gathered to check your current fitness level. This is a great time to get a introduction into how we coach, scale exercises to meet the individual, and get a great workout.
Our tight-knit community of CrossFitters are as varied as our workouts – from first-timers to elite athletes. They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, we think it takes a village to reach the best health of your life. These folks won’t just become your workout buddies. Chances are, you’ll meet some lifelong friends, too.
