Coach Shawn Pepper has been CrossFitting for an impressive 7 years and he specializes in coaching beginners’ fundamental techniques. He is passionate about the community atmosphere of CrossFit and helping people make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
“I love seeing my members transform… Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and socially. I love when a member grasps a concept they’ve been working on. I love seeing my members’ successes in the gym and seeing the pride on their faces as they achieve new goals,” he says.
Like most CrossFit coaches, Shawn has a diverse and experienced athletic background. In junior high and high school, he was competitive in downhill ski racing, martial arts, track, and equestrian sports. Shawn remained competitive in martial arts and equestrian sports throughout college and beyond. In addition, he has coached martial arts and equestrian sports. He
decided to earn his L1 so he could coach athletes and give back to the community of CrossFit.
Most importantly, Coach Shawn wants YOU to know he genuinely cares about each and every person who walks through the doors at Resolution CrossFit and he is excited to help anyone, regardless of their starting point or goals.
